This is payable upon completion of the purchase.

Purchase fees:
2% of the price of the property, including fittings, fixtures and furniture etc. where appropriate, will be charged to buying clients. This will include assessment, viewing, negotiations and conveyancing. The conveyancing will be done by our associates, Asesoría Ortega.

Additional work that Granada Propiedades agrees to undertake on your behalf will be charged at 18€ per hour.

Fact-Finding Tours: charged at 21€ per hour, payable daily.
